Imagine blending mixed therapeutic modalities with creative arts therapy – a unique and powerful approach that sparks personal growth and transformation. Todd self-identifies as Afro-American currently living in Halifax, NS. He has worked with individuals and groups of all ages in BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Colour) and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. He also has experience offering workshops on racial trauma and marginalized community injustices. Todd’s approach often goes beyond traditional talk therapy, helping you unlock your creative potential to break free from old patterns and discover new ways of communicating and dealing with stress, anxiety, or personal challenges. With compassionate, gentle support, we’ll explore and rehearse new responses to life’s challenges, creating a safe, healing space for self-expression and fresh solutions.
